How about a Twilight anime version?

Twilight - the bestselling book authored by Stephenie Meyer - is now the latest buzz in Hollywood as a movie adaptation of this book is about to hit theaters worldwide this November. And with no doubt, the primary purpose of which is to dazzle us, something which I think they will succeed on, given the presence of the very sexy vampire, Edward Cullen.
I’ve been so addicted to the story (and to Edward Cullen as well) that my initial reaction was to look for images which I could stare at for hours on end (LOL). I was browsing Google Images and I chanced upon an anime drawing of Edward Cullen, and the idea suddenly hit me. Twilight could be easily turned into an anime and the anime world would rejoice for the birth of its anime counterpart, don’t you think? I am both a fan of the story, the movie, and animes so I don’t mind seeing an anime version of Edward Cullen (which perhaps could even be more dazzling given the imaginative hands of animators). But I guess with Robert Pattinson (insert dreamy eyes here lol) playing the role of Edward in the movie, it’ll be hard to animate Edward Cullen without getting critics. However, I still think it will be rather interesting to see how the cast, especially the beautiful vampire family, turn out as anime characters, don’t you think? 
Of course I’ll be sure to support it if this happens. Just my two cents there.

I think it would be good as an anime as well.. they could cut it into 4 series or something with the anime.. and they wouldn’t have to cut out any story line since multiple episodes could possibly cover what was in the books..
they could make the characters look like what they did in the Japanese twilight novels.. edward and bella look nice there..
I hope the author will consider this type of media to express her story..

Hi Luna12z! I haven’t seen how the characters in the Japanese Twilight novels look. Although I’m betting the animators could do a great job making the characters more like how they were described in the book. And yeah, we could see the whole series without any cuts.

Some things should be left alone. If these books were made into an anime, I will personally spearhead the act to damn the animators and animation studio alike. That would be the worst idea ever!!! Leave things as they are already, damn it!!!
