Craving for more Gakuen Alice!

I really can’t get enough of Alice Academy or what’s also known as Gakuen Alice. I just can’t! I’m now waiting impatiently patiently for the next chapter to be uploaded! Its taking so long… plus there are also chapters missing from where I got my scanned copies of this very kawaii manga! Ohhh, how I hate cliffhangers!
I can’t believe I was almost fooled that there are only 26 episodes of Gakuen Alice (because of its TV series) when in fact the manga’s still not finished up until now. I’ve had my doubts when the last episode of Alice Academy was aired that it still wasn’t the end of it because there are a few details left unsolved - like who is the woman who is much like Mikan Sakura that Narumi-sensei was talking about, the unresolved missions of Natsume Hyuuga, and how important Mikan Sakura’s alice of nullification is to the academy and to someone (read: Natsume) as Narumi-sensei pointed out when Mikan first stepped into the academy. It was only through reading the manga that I was able to know the loopholes of these unresolved details in the anime series. It turned out that the woman Narumi-sensei is talking about is none other than Mikan Sakura’s mother (no shock there, really) and who also happens to be the woman Narumi fell in love with. Also, Mikan seems to be the one who can truly help out and save Natsume through her nullification alice. Sweet, isn’t? Oh, now I’m really craving more of Natsume and Mikan’s subtle sweet moments! You’re gonna laugh about this but I can’t get enough of this cute couple that I made characters out of them in The Sims 2. LOL! I made them husband and wife with two children, Thor and Rai (names taken from Jyu-oh-sei), and live in a somewhat-extravagant house. Hehe! 
I’m sure there will be a Season 2 of Alice Academy. They can’t just let us all hanging and begging for more of this series, right? Hehe! I’m waiting……….

i am absolutely addicted to alice gakuen…but i can’t find 10 ch of the manga anywhere(from 20 to 29)…T_T i wanna read more . plus in this series the manga is way better and darker than the anime. as for the secons season … i highly doubt it… it been more than a year already and still no sign of a preview or something. they should really make a second season .. they definitly left to many cliff-hangers.

hi sayuri-san! yep, i too can’t find these 10 chapters.also chapters 61-64, do you know where I can find these? I’ve tried to hunt for these so many times but always failed. haha! I really want a season 2 but yeah, I’m doubting whether there’ll be one as I don’t think they’ll show Mikan and Natsume kiss as 10-year olds. T_T

hi mianhe! i read the manga on mangafox.com. go there and look for gakuen alice, they have until chapter 97.
stil waiting for it to be updated though.

I agree. I’m a total and absolute addict of GA!! A group called je scanlations is scanlating it and they are yet to release chapters 60 up. The rest can be found on mangafox..as stated above. But I think mangafox is missing quite a few chapters. I hope they make a season 2 too..

I simply adore this anime…. I hope there will be a definite romance between natsume and mikan.

@kikuri-hime: Wah! You absolutely have to read the manga version, it’s so much better! Plus, right now, there are no talks of having a second season, and I also doubt there’ll be one. The romance is clearly there, when you read the manga, and that’s the reason why I doubt a season 2 will come out. I mean a romance between 10-year old kids? It really spells Parental Guidance. Haha! But yeah, we can hope, but keep the hope at a minimal level.

Hey Aimee! Lulz, discovered your site through your plurk. I’d just like to say that I’m not a big anime fan (I only ever watched Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon as a kid.) but I adore Gakuen Alice. I started watching it on Animax, then looked for the eps online cos I couldn’t wait a full week for the next eps. Then, I started reading the manga and it was SO much better. Bummer about the missing chapters, though. But still…
Other mangas or animes that I became a fan of recently are La Corda D’Oro Primo Passo and Paradise Kiss. I was SO addicted to those two series and mangas. Do you watch/read them?

Lols Sasha! Gakuen Alice is such a cute and adorable anime that I’m not surprised you found it easy to like!
Plus, 10 year-olds who act like adults about protecting the one they love? You rarely get too see that. Haha! *Giggles* Mangas, of course, are always better than the anime versions (in my opinion), and Gakuen Alice is one perfect proof. But I do hope they upload the manga scanlations faster! 
Oh yeah, I know those two other series. But I haven’t got time to watch or read them, cause I keep track of a lot of animes and mangas! Hahah! But I’ve been meaning to buy DVD copies of those two ever since I got a glimpse of them in Animax and thought they’re interesting, being about music and fashion.
Are these series finished already?

Both anime versions of La Corda and Paradise Kiss are finished, but La Corda’s manga is still running I think. Or at least they’re still uploading new stuff on mangafox. Paradise Kiss’ manga is finished as well. I’m a sucker for romantic stuff with beautiful people, so.. haha!

hey april! unfortunately, i haven’t heard of a season 2 coming up.

I am fond of Alice academy myself! The characters are so adorable. I haven’t read the manga though. Anyhow, the series is great.!!
