Ginban Kaleidoscope is Love

Friday, January 4th, 2008

Rating: ♥♥ If I’m correct, it was in 2005 that Ginban Kaleidoscope was born. This means that I’m less than three years behind knowledge of this fantastic anime. Poor me! Haha! Well, if I remember correctly again, it’s not entirely my fault as in the country where I live, it was only last year 2007 [...]

Colorcloud Palace Episode 17: Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007

Rating: ♥♥♥  It had been a cliffhanger episode when Lady Kochou, the top courtesan of the red-light district in Colorcloud Palace, asked Shuurei Ko to visit her and then have her arrested. It was good thing that in this episode it was made clear that Lady Kochou is still on Shuurei’s side of the battle.

Minutes after I looked for pictures of L of Death Note, I stumbled upon other pictures that spoiled the flow of the story! At least for myself, I’m just in Chapter 11!

L the Legend in Death Note

Saturday, December 1st, 2007

Okay, L has finally revealed himself. This means the real fight begins. Looking at him right now, I can’t help but think and say that he doesn’t really look like the legend that he is is known to be. Let’s see here – a sluggish posture (or not in a straight-back position), messy hairstyle, major [...]

Raito Yagami has finally seen what the death note’s potential is and so decided upon himself that he will play God or some higher being and eliminate people he labels as useless and those who’ve harmed other people. While the intention is sincere and for the betterment of the world and mankind, again [...]

Death Note | Do you have the courage to write a name?

Wednesday, November 21st, 2007

A notebook for kiling people in a matter of forty seconds without any way of pinpointing who the killer is. Sounds interesting and very much tempting again for the hatred-filled person. Death Note offers what the Hell Girl offers – vengeance without you having to deal with the matter of killing a human being. Both [...]

Cardcaptor Sakura Addiction!

Sunday, November 11th, 2007

I know Card Captor Sakura is already one of the anime’s of the past but that doesn’t stop me from getting addicted to it all over again! CLAMP has really done a great job in designing the character’s cuteness and their personality as well! Cardcaptor Sakura is actually the top of my most favorite anime! [...]

Colorcloud Palace Versus Fushigi Yuugi

Sunday, November 4th, 2007

Now, before I start with my take on a comparative essay between these two animes, let me just say that I do not aim to belittle any one of the two. I just can’t do that since I’m a big fan of the two. ^_^ The idea of comparing the two just came up when [...]
